Elite people took the car and went towards the general store and started collecting essential items, but what should the laborers, the poor class and the woman do? They had time for 4 hours and they did not have the car to go to General Mart!
Due to lack of mutual coordination of governments, the second day large number of laborers migrated from big cities like Delhi, Lucknow etc. towards their villages. They felt the factories, the work shops are all closed and there is no work and it seemed impossible for them to stay for 21 days without work in these big cities. They began to fear for their job and ration for so many days. As a result, a large number of daily wage laborers, rickshaw pullers and laborers working in textile mills walked thousands of kilometers with their wives and children. many laborers' lives were lost in this inaccessible journey. The kind of pictures of hungry thirsty laborers who came to the media ,was really heartbreaking for any civilized society. The lock down has affected every section of the society, but it has affected the daily earning laborers the most, as much as they could get ration from governments have to satisfy for example, the poor got ration twice a month at 5 kg per unit per month. It was not enough to feed family but OK even during the time of this epidemic, news of the dishonest ration distributors also came to light, call it bad luck or coincidence those who have responsibility could show inhumanity it is beyond the civil society.
1) Economic problem
The government has increased the lock-down from 14 April to 03 May. Almost the entire world including India is closed except for essential commodities. Economists of the world have started to speculate that if the corona outbreak does not end soon, the whole world economy can once again go into the Great Depression or worse situation like 1929. According to newspapers and experts, people in the world have been expelled from jobs in large quantities. According to estimates, 49 crore people in India have become unemployed and out of these, more people are daily wage laborers. India's situation is more frightening than the world. Here the share of service sector in GDP is more than 70% and more number of people work in informal sector. After the lock-down in front of India, even a fatal economic problem is standing face-to-face with the corona, now it is up to the government's decency to know how to combat it!
2) Increase in birth rate
While there is an economic and social problem with the lock-down, on the other hand there is a great potential for further increase in population growth. Actually due to lock down people are following social distance and are at home, so it is obvious that sexual relations between husband and wife will also increase. The ears of the government are standing ,lest birth rate should suddenly increase after lock down. For precaution UP government has started to distribute free condoms to people by door to door campaign .
3) Increase in domestic violence
The whole world is locked down due to Corona out break , so it is obvious that people are spending more and more time with their family, perhaps people in human history would not have found such a long time that they could live with their family for 24 hours. Due to living at homes, news of domestic violence has been reported from all over the world.
These incidents of increasing domestic violence against women are not socially good signs. In the near future, this domestic violence will create a rift in the relationship between husband and wife, and the breakdown of eternal families, social degradation can also lead to a new crisis in government and society.

मज़दूर और देश्ब्यापी लॉक डाउन
24 मार्च को 8 pm बजे प्रधान मंत्री जी ने घोसड़ा किया की आज रात
12 बजे से भारत 21 दिन के लिए लॉकडाउन होने जारहा है अगर हम 21 दिन के लिए लॉकडाउन नहीं करते हैं तो भारत 21 साल पीछे चला जायेगा। लोगो को ये सूचना
जैसे ही मिला , सभी को लगा कल से तो सभी दुकानें बंद होजाएंगी परिणामतः
संभ्रांत लोग कार लेकर जनरल स्टोर की ओर निकल पड़े और आवश्यक वस्तुएं इकठ्ठा करने लगे लेकिन मजदूर , गरीब तबका और महिला क्या करे ? उनके पास समय तो 4 घंटा था और कार उनके पास थी नहीं की वे जनरल मार्ट तक जा सकें !
सरकारों के आपसी समन्वय की कमी के कारण दूसरे दिन बड़ी संख्या में मजदूरों का पलायन दिल्ली , लखनऊ आदि बड़े शहरों से गाओं की तरफ होने लगा। उन्हें लगा फैक्टरियां , कारखाने सभी बंद होगये हैं काम तो है नहीं और इन बड़े शहरों में उनके लिया बिना काम के 21 दिन रुकना आशम्भव लगा। उन्हें दो जून की रोटी और इतने दिनों के राशन के भण्डारण का डर सताने लगा फलस्वरूप बड़ी संख्या में दिहाड़ी मजदूर , रिक्शा चालक और कपड़ों के मिलों में काम करने वाले मजदूर अपने बीबी और बच्चों को लेकर हजारो किलोमीटर पैदल ही चल दिए कुछ मजदूरों की तो इस दुर्गम यात्रा में जान भी चली गई। पैदल जारहे भूखे प्यासे मजदूरों की जिस तरह की तस्वीरें मीडिया में आईं वास्तव में किसी भी सभ्य समाज के लिए दिल दहलाने वाली थी। लॉकडाउन ने तो वैसे समाज के हर तबके को प्रभावित किया है परन्तु रोज के कमाने खाने वाले मजदूरों को सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित किया है हालाकि सरकारों से जितना हो सका उतना उन्हों ने किया उधारणस्वरूप गरीबों को एक महीने में प्रति यूनिट 5 किलोग्राम के हिसाब से महीने में दो बार निशुल्क राशन देने का कार्य किया परन्तु इस महामारी के समय भी कोटे दारो के बेईमानी की न्यूज़ भी प्रकाश में आई इसे दुर्भाग्य कहें या संयोग इस विकट परिश्थिति में भी जिम्मेदार इतने भी संवेदनशील होजाएंगे ये सभ्य समाज के समझ से परे है।
लॉकडाउन के बाद क्या होगा-
१)आर्थिक समस्या
सरकार ने लॉकडाउन को बढ़ा कर 14 अप्रैल से 03 मई करदिया है. आवश्यक वस्तुंओं को छोड़ कर लगभग भारत सहित लगभग पूरी दुनिया बंद है। दुनिया के अर्थशास्त्रियों ने ये अनुमान लगाना शरू करदिया है कि यदि कोरोना का प्रकोप जल्दी ख़तम नहीं होता है तो पूरी दुनिया की अर्थव्यवस्था एक बार फिर 1929 की तरह ग्रेट डिप्रेशन या इससे भी बुरी स्थिति में जा सकता है। अखबरों और जानकारों के माने तो विश्व में लोग बड़ी मात्रा में नौकरियों से निकाले जारहे हैं। अनुमानों के अनुसार भारत में 49 करोड़ लोग बेरोजगार हो चुके हैं और इनमेंसे जयादा तर लोग यही दिहाड़ी मजदूर या गैर संस्थगत कार्य करने वाले हैं । भारत की स्थिति दुनिया से अधिक भयावह है। यहाँ की जीडीपी में सेवा क्षेत्र की सहभागिता 70 % से भी अधिक है और यहाँ अधिक संख्या में लोग इनफॉर्मल क्षेत्र में काम करते हैं। भारत के सामने लॉकडाउन के बाद कोरोना से भी घातक आर्थिक समस्या मुँह बाये खड़ी है अब ये सरकार की छमता पर निर्भर है कि वह इसका मुकाबला कैसे करती है !
२)जन्मदर में बृद्धि
लॉक डाउन से जहां एक ओर आर्थिक और सामाजिक समस्या है वहीं दूसरी ओर जनसँख्या में आमूल चूल बृद्धि होने की भरपूर संभावना है। दरअसल लॉक डाउन के कारण लोग सामाजिक दुरी का पालन कर रहे हैं और घर पर हैं अतः यह स्वाभाविक है की पति पत्नी के बीच सेक्स सम्बन्ध भी बढ़ेंगे। सरकरो के कान खड़े हैं की कहीं लॉक डाउन के बाद जन्म दर में अचानक बृद्धि न हो जाये अतः उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने इससे निपटने के लिए कमर कस लिया है अतः आशा वर्कर द्वारा घर -घर जाकर लोगों को निःशुल्क कंडोम तथा दवाएं बाँट जा रहा है ।
३)घरेलु हिंसा में बृद्धि
कोरोना के चलते पूरी दुनिया में लॉक डाउन है अतः स्वाभाविक है लोग ज्यादा से ज्यादा समय अपने परिवार के साथ ब्यतीत कर रहे हैं शायद मानव इतिहास में इतना समय पहले लोगों को नहीं मिला होगा की ये 24 घंटे अपने परिवार के साथ रह सकें। लोगों के घरों में रहने के कारण पूरी दुनिया से घरेलु हिंसा की ख़बरें आरही है।
महिलाओं के खिलाफ घरेलु हिंसा बढ़ने के ये घटनाएं सामाजिक दृष्टि से अच्छे संकेत नहीं हैं. निकट भविष्य में ये घरेलु हिंसा पति पत्नी के बीच के संबंधों में दरार उत्पन्न करेगा और अनन्तः परिवारों का टूटना सामाजिक ह्रास के उत्पन्न होना भी सरकार और समाज एक नया संकट हो सकता है।
